Questions we hear often
What's the difference between UX and UI?
UX is how a product works: structure, flows and logic. UI is how it looks and feels: layout, typography, colour and components. We design both, because one without the other doesn't convert.
Do you only design, or also build?
Both. We can hand off designs to your developers, or build the site ourselves in Webflow, WordPress or Wix, so nothing gets lost between design and code.
What tools do you use?
Figma for design, prototyping and design systems, plus analytics and heatmap tools for research. All files are yours after the project.
Can you improve an existing design instead of starting over?
Yes. A UX audit often shows a few changes, such as clearer navigation, stronger calls to action or simpler forms, that make a big difference without a full redesign.
How do you know the new design works?
We agree on metrics up front, such as conversion rate, form submissions or time to complete a task, and compare them before and after launch.
