These terms apply to your use of www.rjl.studio (the "site"), run by Oleg Rijikov, trading as RJL Studio ("we", "us"). By using the site, including reading content or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using the site
The site presents our services, past work, articles and ways to contact us. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- disrupt the site, try to break into it or get around its security;
- scrape or collect content automatically, for example with bots, without our prior written permission;
- send false information, someone else's details without their permission, spam or abusive content through our forms;
- use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.
2. Site content and blog
Content on the site, including blog articles, is for general information only and is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice.
Technologies, tools and prices change, and information may go out of date. You use it at your own risk; please get professional advice before making decisions. Examples and results shown on the site, including in our portfolio, are illustrations and not a promise of similar results.
3. Free website check
The free website check is an outside review of your site as visitors see it, without access to your admin panel. It reflects the site at the time of the check, is not exhaustive and is indicative only. It comes with no obligation on your side and no guarantee of results on ours. We may decline a request at our discretion.
4. Client projects
Paid work is always governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement prevails. Any prices or details shown on the site are general and are not a binding offer.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the site, including text, articles, design, graphics and code, is © RJL Studio or used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.
Client projects in our portfolio are shown with the client's permission. Third-party trademarks and names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party sites and services, such as WhatsApp and social networks. We provide these links for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. No warranties and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision does not mean we waive it.
