Online store – Jewelryil

JewelryIL is an Israeli jewelry house inspired by the beauty around us. Its jewelry carries the power of modernity and the magic of nature. The products are made to the highest quality standards with a modern design.

Task

Create an online store. The site needed a universal design and had to be simple and convenient. There was another goal as well: to move away from template design and use UX to increase the site's traffic.

Solution

We built buyer personas. We needed to understand how visitors choose and why they buy. To sell unique items, the brand itself has to become unique, so we updated the logo and packaging design and defined the brand identity. We don't push you to put something in the cart right away. On the contrary, we want to build a relationship first and help you make an informed decision. That is why we introduce the JewelryIL brand and feature the blog and the promotions section. One-off sales are good, but long-term customer relationships are worth far more.
